CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be cancelled 24hrs prior to your appointment. Should you forget your appointment or cancel in fewer than 24hrs, the full treatment cost of the missed appointment will be added to your next visit. Should you arrive later than 10minutes from your appointment time, your appointment may be refused and still charged. If possible your treatment may be reduced to for the remaining appointment time.
